Green tea

Loquat leaves can be harvested and dehydrated/dried and crushed then steeped in hot water for 10 minutes for a nice green tea. I have already tried it and am making it part of a daily drink. It is very good. You use less sugar in it as well I have noticed. It is also a preventative for cancers. It is used in eastern countries to cure cancer and is working very well. You can get the same benefits from mulberry leaves done the same way. I am trying that next.

We can create specialized groups within this whole network to discuss specific topics. I think I have it set up where anyone can add a group, so if you have a particular topic that you are keen to discuss, feel free to add a group!

You HAVE to include a clip art pic or it won't let you finish the process. It's hard to wade through clip-art without lots of pop ups, etc. so here is a good site with lots of agricultural related pics, food, etc..

That link takes you straight to the categories, no wading through!
